2018 Arctic Cat ZR 8000 Limited

What was your intended objective when you started the build?

The objective was to turn the sled into a one of a kind in Michigan. A sled that suited my personality.

What motivated you to start your project?

When I traded in my all black 2016 Cat for the 2018 I was not overly impressed with the color scheme that it came with. Nothing about the sled identified with who I was, so my fiancé and I decided that I need to wrap it, hence, the search began.

What was the most unique and creative thing you did to the sled?

I ordered the wrap from Deviant Ink and had it installed by Brian at Premier Paint. I had the spindles, springs, front and rear bumpers powder coated and painted with a custom pink pearl color. Next year, I will paint the rest of the green the same pearl pink.

What are you most proud of?

The way I can relate to the wrap, I know there is not another wrap in this world that could have been more fitting for me. She is turning out perfect!

What do other people say about your snowmobile?

The sled was just finished and we have only rode a couple weekends, not many people have seen it. Those who have, honestly, I don’t think they know what to say. 🙂 I have had a few people ask to take pictures.
